Vehicle was a brand new 2027 Chrystler Pacifica minivan, very nice, clean, with excellent cargo room and features. Easy to drive. Service was very efficient and mildly courteous at the pick-up in Bakersfield, perhaps because business was slow and it was 111 degrees outside. Was told that Enterprise doesn't permit the desk workers to discuss rates, which is odd. I was wondering if there was a discount for a AAA rate but they couldn't tell me anything at the pick-up location.
I reserved a mid size vehicle for price. Was going out of town. They upgraded me to a full size ev camery which was nice for no extra cost. The car was waiting and clean. The drop off went smooth too. Everything went well. Very satisfied.
