The service was great until they tried to pin an accident on me that occurred after I’d turned the car in. I don’t know if this was careless or intentionally dishonest, but it makes me want to avoid this location in the future. Eventually, the insurance companies did sort things out and get it right, but only after causing stress and confusion for a few weeks. Update: My cousin who rents out cars for a living says this was definitely dishonest by some employee, as it’s not the kind of mistake that could be made.
The process was fast. Never had issues with any vehicles. Reliable and spacious for what I needed.
Very quick process in getting my rental vehicle, especially when you do the online (oe app) pre-check in.
