Super easy process to rent the vehicle and dropping it off was easy. Deposit returned super fast...I was actually surprised at the speed , and I don't typically get surprised

The agent was attentive and informative, Enterprise has fine tuned its rental process and it is seamless and fast
I always liked them before but last time I get contacted by them and told that I owe them over $3,000 for a scratch that they said don’t worry about it it’s just a superficial scratch and don’t worry about the bumper because it’s all documented and that the last person had just got rear ended and that guy would not take any pictures of the two and I made the mistake of believing them and was accused of doing that damage.
