I rented a car from here through Expedia and was nervous of course because it was through a third party but Steven made this whole process SOOOOO EASY and was phenomenal! In fact, I am leaving this review because I was told I may receive a survey but I did not and I wanted to give Steven his kudos properly either way. Thank you Steven!
The service here was disappointing to say the least. Very unprofessional and I would advise you to think twice before coming here as I was lied to when I came to get the car I had a reservation for and told that the people who make the reservations by phone do not know their own stock but I saw that the car I had reserved for was given to someone else. I know my car was given to someone else as I was waiting in my vehicle calling around and long and behold the same car I reserved was driven away by someone else.
Very quick process in getting my rental vehicle, especially when you do the online (in app) pre-check in.
Had a great experience at Enterprise at the Bakersfield Airport. I want to give a special shoutout to Maximus for the excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Really appreciate the help and great service, Maximus. Definitely a great representation of the Enterprise team!
