Im a frequent renter at Enterprise and usually rent vehicles for up to 4 days at a time. While im not trying to post a complaint, I am slightly dismayed today as I was late to return my rental by 45 min. I was charged 45 dollars. I wasn't running late, I was in court and I had been in court all morning. I was the last person called and there was no way for me to have avoided the late return. Great customer service, and they really went above and beyond with taking care of my rental needs!
We've been to enterprise a few times with not so great customer service but needed the car for out of town traveling needs. This last rental experience with Dania was above and beyond our expectations...she is the only reason we will continue to rent from enterprise in Madera...Santi and I absolutely appreciate you and all you do, your sincere concerns and the time you took to take care of us....much respect, thank you
