I've rented from this location many times and I've always felt Kyle and the staff do a great job. I know the location is a busy area and kind of off the beaten path (so to say) but they try to be helpful. I'm sure they've had a few blips along the way but over-all, they really try to accommodate everyone they can and I've always been impressed with their candor.
Kyle the office manager helped me. I asked when I needed to return the car??? I was told tomorrow! Never was I told a time and being a Friday that I would return the car I thought they were open until 7 PM. Nope, it is 6 pm and they charge you until they open. I returned the car at 7:10 Friday and my car was not returned until 8:47 Saturday not even 8 AM when they open. I sent an email to Kyle he office manager and got no response. Lol. I chose my car and then the caution light was on. I made it aware right away and was told it would go away after I drove it for about 10 miles. That the tires were just rotated and that was why the light was on. He also told me that if it didn't go away after a couple days to bring it to another enterprise. Not what I wanted to hear when I'm going on a vacation. It did go away, thankfully after 54miles. I just wish that they would have given me a different car to drive right away so that wasn't sitting in the back of my head... read more
I had a nice experience with Enterprise in Grandville,Mi. They were fast they allowed me to choose my free upgrade. And the car of choice was really nice. Great customer service will be back soon to rent again.
Excellent pricing, customer service and variety of cars for rent. My husband got into a car accident and we needed the vehicle for almost a week. Nate and Jason were very helpful.
