I've rented from this location, many times. One of the things that I really appreciate about this place is that they don't do a hard sell for upgrades or insurance that I don't need. It's a friendly experience. They're always welcoming and the customer service is great.

Had to get a rental when my car was in the shop. Went here and my insurance reservation wasn’t coming up. I didn’t want to have to pay out of pocket. Liz went above and beyond by calling the insurance company for me and ended up staying past the closing time to help me get into a rental through insurance. She was extremely friendly and even called to update me with a return date once my car was fixed and made a third call to inform me of the refund I would get for the deposit I paid.
