This car was so filthy. You couldn't even see out of the windshield. Had something wrong with the front end vibrating. I was provided this car by state farm insurance.One of their insured rear ended me. Enterprise called the repair facility every day.Wanting to know if my vehicle was done, trying to rush them. I will no longer be using enterprise for any car Rental whatsoever.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the car was extremely disappointing. Despite getting told it was a smoke-free vehicle, the car reeked of cigarette smoke strongly. It was honestly unbearable. The interior was also dirty — I had to wipe down the steering wheel and center console, which had splattered food on them. Great service! Nice, low mileage car with a bad wheel bearing. I really wanted to rent a pickup truck, but they didn't have any.
I’ve had the great experience dealing with Gavin from the Glen Carbon location. He went out of his way and found a perfect car for me to use on my long trip that wouldn’t have any issues and would be smooth sailing and luckily for me Gavin was able to get me into a brand new 2025 vehicle! Once in the store the whole team made the process of receiving the car SUPER easy and there wasn’t a staff member that didn’t greet themselves with a smile and a handshake.
