Let me make a reservation and then tell me they don’t have a car last minute! Never!
Awful customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. We made a reservation for Friday and showed up and they don't have our vehicle and no solution to get one. Stay away from here, go somewhere else.
Best place to rent a car. I went to Hertz. The guy spoke down to me. Never again. Now i give Enterprise all my business. I even got a Mustang Conv for $40 a day. I even joined their club to get better discounts bc i rent a car for a week every month for work.
No longer quality rental. No vehicles when you show up, no advance notice, will still email and communicate to reserve when knowing there are no vehicles. Also customer support is non existant. Dont bother with escalation. They do not care. And Enterprise team wants to shift blame on local, but on the company which is what is at fault. They know they dont have the car, but wont communicate it. They will continue to ask for your credit card to complete the check in, even when knowing what you requested will not be there.
