Always very helpful. The trucks and vans that the rent are always clean and I've never had a mechanical issue with any rental.
Rented a car in late August of this year. Had the car for less than 24 hours and dropped it off at another location after hours. I ended up getting charged the entire weekend. I called this place multiple times for weeks on end trying to get my money back for the extra amount that was charged. A employee named “Linc” gave me the same excuse every week saying the “accounting team was looking at this, we will contact you when we get an answer. Rented a car for work for an extended period of time and dealt with Frank and Lincoln. Frank was very personable and great to work and talk with. Lincoln was professional and made the process as easy as possible. Couldn’t have asked for better service between the two.
Great staff. Easy to work with. Very accommodating. Cars are clean and ready to go at your selected time.
