Three days later still waiting for a call back from Pittsburgh District Manager. Customer service guaranteed me a call back that day. Customer service very hard to understand and not welll trained.
The staff were very friendly and quite kind. The car has a full tank of gas when I got it. Would recommend the William Flynn Highway location for sure.
My husband book a car for me I have the email to confirm the reservation for that day I husband even talked to someone to ask if they have cars I get there and there’s NO car I asked where is my car( Monday ) I was told I was going to call you at 3 to tell you I won’t have a car until maybe tomorrow or Thursday or Friday I was very upset I needed this car for sad personal reasons I asked them to go get me a car from another location they said you are going to have to make the calls they were willing to drive me but I had to ... read more
