So helpful and understanding!! I will be returning to rent here again!!!! As a plus size lady I was concerned about fitting comfortably into the car we rented. When I arrived they offered 3 options and let me try getting in and out of all three for comfort reasons!! Not to mention all cars were clean and smell free!!! I appreciate how attentive and yet not smothering or pressuring the whole transaction was!!
