I had car trouble and needed to go out of town. I was able to quickly get a car from enterprise
Zero sense of urgency but anyone involved. Matt let multiple people jump lines because they seemed to be friends. Then I was told I would get an upgrade to a larger vehicle until they put me in the smallest suv they could. Then after I say something they completely flip it and act like I could’ve chosen a Durango when I was only given one option to choose from. Over terrible experience.
The only negative part I received a dirty car inside/outside!!! Other than that the stuff were very friendly and really nice when I dropped the car off.
Awesome experience - nothing but a great car quick and easy!
