Had a great experience renting from Enterprise in Grand Forks, ND. Parker was incredibly friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Our first car had a small issue with the windshield, and he quickly switched us into a new vehicle with no hassle and made everything right. Drop-off was super smooth, and the pre-paid gas rate was actually cheaper than buying it at the pump that morning. Highly recommend this location — great service all around!
Absolutely amazing experience all the way around! All the staff were knowledgeable, and over the top kind. They made everything smooth and simple! Best office I've dealt with by far!
I had a great experience with enterprise yesterday. I had needed a car for more than a month but during that time the key fob was having issues. I spoke with the customer service call center and they set me up with a replacement. When I arrived to the airport, I was greeted by Parker at the front desk. I’m not able to give zero or negative stars, so I’m forced to leave a one-star review. This company continuously increases their prices every quarter, citing inflation and other reasons, yet they offer poor customer service and have irresponsible staff who are often absent during their posted working hours. I had a booking for a 7-seater vehicle at 11:30 PM, which I reserved after checking the car's availability and the location’s operating hours. Verry disapointed!! Made a reservation online to online get a call saying they had no cars, with a lot full of cars. Their inability to honor their reservation is not the consumers issue.
