After a flight cancellation at Fargo airport, Wilson Schiel gave excellent customer service allowing us to proceed with our return at a different branch and allowing us to make our new booking! He solved an issue in five minutes that a group of people on hold with customer service could not solve after an hour.
Enterprise left me stranded overnight at the Grand Forks airport after my rental overheated due to maintenance issues. I followed all instructions from roadside assistance, waited hours for an exchange vehicle that never came, and ended up spending my last $130 on a taxi back to Minnesota because no employees showed up despite posted business hours. Got there earlier than my company had booked me and they had so many customers but were able to take care of me pretty quickly and the entire process was seamless!
Had a great experience renting from Enterprise in Grand Forks, ND. Parker was incredibly friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Our first car had a small issue with the windshield, and he quickly switched us into a new vehicle with no hassle and made everything right. Drop-off was super smooth, and the pre-paid gas rate was actually cheaper than buying it at the pump that morning. Highly recommend this location — great service all around!
Absolutely amazing experience all the way around! All the staff were knowledgeable, and over the top kind. They made everything smooth and simple! Best office I've dealt with by far!
