In small towns plan ahead and make a reservation. I was a walk in on a holiday weekend. I was lucky enough to get one of the last two vehicles. They were booked solid.
The absolute worst Enterprise location!! Terrible customer service and they NEVER have what I reserve either on lot ready for pickup or NO vehicle types I reserved with NO alternate options available! I have had to go to Toyota at the last minute causing delay in travel. Luckily Toyota was able to accommodate me upon arrival.
I want to give a big shout out to the manager of the Thomasville,Georgia Enterprise. I had some previous issues with renting a vehicle, and I spoke to this manager about my disappointment. This woman went above and beyond to fix the issue, as well as, making me feel I was being taken seriously. I want to Thank her for all she did, for taking the time and effort in correcting the problems I had, for speaking to me with professionalism, and for her calm kindness to me throughout the conversations we had.
