I have always had great service from Enterprise car rentals. Immeadiate assistance, a smile and no problems.
Enterprise let me reserve a vehicle online. When getting to the store I was told we don’t have vehicles. A vehicle I reserved was sitting in the parking lot but promised to someone. I asked did I need to cancel reservation and was given a huff and what do you want me to do about it answer. Get it together enterprise. The Thomasville location is a joke.
