My wife & I have rented cars here in the past and have had a good experience but this time not so good. In fact unprofessional & mediocre. They had us wait 45 minutes for our car then offered us a car that we didn't even request. Manager "Sabrina" or her female coworker didn't offer a free upgrade or a discount which other mangers/staff have offered in the past. No apology for the wait or even offered bottled water. Nothing! Great customer service
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with Enterprise. My mom and I went in to rent a car she’s rented here before multiple times with no issue. But this time, the representative helping us suddenly claimed she couldn’t find my mom in the system and demanded unnecessary documentation that had never been required before.
