We had THE BEST experience with Enterprise. I always do. This time was no different. The staff is so nice & they remembered us a week later. The car was in PERFECT condition. It was brand new! Excellent gas mileage. We'll definitely use Enterprise again!

As always my experience with Enterprise was great. I did make an issue for myself when I locked the car keys in the trunk. AAA came to the rescue but I'm wondering if there could be any preventive measures, like: hook on key loop to latch on belt loop or purse like I do at home. Also noticed that both keys are on same non-opening loop. I know that is prevent "loss" of keys but makes it impossible to share a car rental or rescue locked up key as they are always together.

I RENTED A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE IN NEWARK NJ ON SEPT 5 TO 8 AND ON MY WAY TO THE HOTEL ON THE NJ TURNPIKE TO EDISON NJ THE CAR OVERHEATED AND I HAVE TO DRIVE AT 30 MILES PER HOUR UNTILL I FOUND AN ENTERPRISE OFFICE IN EDISON AND THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER CAR SO BESIDES THAT INCIDENT AVERYTHING ELSE WAS OK

In July we rented a car from Enterprise in Hoboken, NJ - to pick up September 1 in their local office in NJ. On August 29 we got a reminder to pick up the car on September 1 at the local office in Hoboken. In the same mail it was stated that on September 1 the office in Hoboken was closed due to Labour Day! We had to go to the Airport in Newark to pick up the car instead which was additional expenses and additional time for us. Poor service!

Good job Guys! I previously had a disastrous rental from enterprise 3 cars in 5 days. I returned to rent another vehicle 2 weeks later. I was comped a tank of gas and assured that my vehicle had been dutifully serviced and the vehicle was great. Good recovery enterprise!
