Fast and friendly service. Made the reservation online and car was waiting when I arrived, even though I was earlier than expected. Gentleman at the counter couldn't have been nicer or more efficient, even walked us from the counter through to the pick up area. They offered to upgrade our car from a full size to an SUV for only $10 - a no brainer since we were traveling with 4 tall people and a lot of luggage from an international trip. Rented to travel 1 way from Newark to Allentown and return in Scranton. The experience in Newark was fine. As with any rental cars in Newark you have to take the skytrain & go the rental facility. Enterprise is not as boldly identified as the other companies but not a problem to find them. The people on the lot were super helpful & very accommodating. I have been a long term Enterprise customer but have to say totally disappointed in the Newark airport location. Most of the problem is that the cars are not being cleaned or checked over before they are out back in que. for the third time revived a car that was clearly not cleaned and the last car given after changing out to another had low tire pressure warning on it. Great service and great price! It is always a pleasure to rent from Enterprise. Their prices are reasonable and the vehicles are always in great condition. Rental experience was hassle-free, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Beverly at the Newark location was awesome!

Arrived @ Newark car was ready - "OG" She was very polite, bright and courteous and got us on our way after a terribly long flight across country and a long journey still. Pick up was awesome, drop off was just as efficient and quick. Car was new and clean. Jeeps needs a bigger engine though (that's personal). Will always go Enterprise - this experience continues to anchor my satisfaction with this company. BZ

Enterprise sent me an email to rate their services: I rented a compact at the Newark airport and got to pay their $178.75/day rate, but since I returned it 2 hours late they were nice enough to only charge $35.75/hour. 26 hour rental, $316 total. I would give zero stars but I guess that's not an option.

Upon arriving at enterprise, the staff was very friendly and helpful. there were only 2 cars to choose from, but I was not picky. the process was quick and I was soon on my way. Only problem was the driver window did not go down and they were quickly apologetic and took some money off of my bill for it.
