Terrible experience with Enterprise. I specifically reserved a premium SUV with AWD/4x4 because it was required for the location I was staying at. Instead, I was given a vehicle without AWD/4x4, which made it unusable for 10 out of the 12 days of my trip. I had to rely on others for rides and couldn’t go anywhere on my own. Customer service was just as bad. This was the worst experience ever. They don’t have a drop off option so I was forced to keep the car an extra day. I needed the rental car to go to the Columbus airport and there was no option to drop off in Columbus at all. I had to bring it back to this location. Then they gave me hell because I had an out of state license. The line was wrapped around the corner and we waited forever for them to pull the car around. I have never had that many issues renting a car anywhere else.
