I use many rentals over the year, this location always has a vehicle to fit my needs…Although this rental could have been cleaned better…trash under seats when I moved them to load vehicle.

The car I had was nice but when I was arriving to my destination a warning light came on about reducing oil amount. I called customer service and received someone who barely spoke English and kept asking me if I was safe. Then said I needed to drive 30 miles, one direction 60 miles total, out of my way to exchange the vehicle. I asked if someone could come to me and they said no. So i get picked up from the collision center in a lincoln. I get in a realise how gross it was and asked the guy "this isnt mine is it?" Which he replied..."it might be" The car was disgusting. Dirt everywhere, trash and uncleaned surfaces from the dashboard to the ceiling and seats. Told them I won't accept this. They offered me a extremely large Denali type vehicle...I wasn't about to pay 80 bucks for a tank of gas. They finally gave me a Nissan rogue. twice the car I rented was not avl. first time I was told too bad and that many people didnt have cars. Second wrong vehicle and wrong price. Lucky for me the second time someone fixed it.

Picked up a rental car from the mansfield OH location on Saturday 4/13/2024 and returned it by the end of the next day. Everyone here was very friendly and the service was exceptional. If i need a rental car again, i will not hesitate to go with this Location or enterprise period. Thank you!
