When I returned the rental, I accidentally left my good Thermos coffee mug in the vehicle. Before the driver got to the end of my street I called and office and told them. They said to come by the office the next morning and pick it up; however, when I got there I was told they never found it. I know it was in the vehicle the night before. Strange they were unable to find it. They made no apology or offer to replace it.
