I have to say I was sceptical about renting from Enterprise because of reviews but thanks to Hami he took amazing care of me!!! He was efficient fast sweet on the rental AND the return!! I think he’s going places in this company !!!! He truly cares and takes his job seriously and cheerfully!! I definitely will use Enterprise again! Thank you Hami! ABSOLUTLY THE WORST SELECTION OF VEHICLES OUT OF ANY ENTERPRISE IN MASSACHUSETTS. This location NEVER has what you select for a rental. This location is constantly changing policy's. This locations customer service is the worst.
Read the 1 and 2 star reviews most of the 4 and 5 are FAKE like the one that has a picture of the white Chevrolet 2500hd some guy said he rented! This location as well as almost all the others DO NOT RENT ABOVE THE 1500 CLASS unless through a specific truck rental location. As well as this location does not even rent pick up trucks anymore. They scam you online by allowing you to choose that option but then at pick up will tell you oh sorry we dont rent them anymore but we have this nice SUV for you. I dont often take the time to write a review. Only when I am really moved to do so, and this experience deserved a few mins of my time. …I was recently in an accident where the other party was at fault. It was very easy and convenient to secure a rental vehicle from Enterprise when dropping my car at a local Auto Body shop for repair due to a recent accident. Jakob me at the shop and Jakob along with a manger, MacKensie, provided me a rental that not only met my needs, but adjusted the cost to ensure it would be acceptable to the Insurance company that was paying the bill! They are the best as is Enterprise Car Rental in Woburn, MA!
