I was given a quote when I picked up the vehicle. When I return the vehicle, the quote was inflated and I paid over 100% then the vehicle rental itself.
The vehicle was excellent but the service was OUTSTANDING.
Shane , Matt & Teasia took great care of me at this location. This is the only Enterprise that I would go to again if I needed a rental! My car was in an accident and I needed a car right away and Shane came to me where my car was left to get worked on in a rental and took me to Enterprise. He made sure I was in a comfortable, clean & new vehicle. He also insured that if I didn’t like the vehicle if something else was available I can exchange the car.
