I have flown into Philadelphia Airport the last two weeks and this Enterprise location is the worst on the East Coast. They only run one shuttle, you wait and wait and wait, and when you arrive at their terminal you see 3 extra shuttle vans parked behind their office. Then wait in line for 20-30 minutes, and they tell yeah...we will be right with you, seriously...right with you? Each trip I take to the area, I have rented from this location. They have a variety of vehicles to choose from and the staff have been prompt and personal. I have always received excellent customer service from all I have interacted with.
