Enterprise didn't have the midsize I reserved and kindly gave me a full size since I was driving so far. When I returned I left my SunPass toll transponder in the car. Enterprise kindly found it and kept it until we could go pick it up but they were careful and made sure I had the transponder ID #. Such a convenient site for car rental and a great staff.
Great, prompt, professional service with a smile. Took our preferences into account when obtaining the vehicle for us to rent based on their availability at the time. Return service was great, too. Quick, friendly and made it easy. With respect to location, it is pretty crowded and vehicles were crammed and confusing when returning and trying to find parking. Perhaps it's time for a larger location with more stream lined vehicle access upon entering and exiting the drive areas.
As a retired business owner I marvel when I encounter an organization that is able to maintain a family owned persona as it grows beyond family. Enterprise does a wonderful job of hiring and training staff members. Everything exceeded promises and expectations and I was treated kindly by everyone. in particular Michael, Megan, and Riley were each thoughtful and engaging. Thanks, Jim Groot
