These guys are the best around! Carolina, Rachel, Mary, Gabriella, Jose- everyone who works there is always helpful. They deal with a lot of stressed-out people, but always with grace, kindness, and professionalism.
Great experience with Enterprise! The service is top notch: the staff is polite, attentive and really cares about the customers. The paperwork for picking up the car was quick and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Honestly, I have never encountered better service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!
I arrived just before the 8 am opening was welcomed in. I registered at 8 received an upgrade to a 2025 Camry hybrid. It was not only immaculate but an excellent choice for interstate driving fm LA to Coronado. Unfortunately my trip back was delayed by traffic. I called my enterprise agent to let her know I was running about 10 minutes late and she stayed after her shift to check me in. Extraordinary service, great value. Cudos
