I will not be renting again ok so I had a 5 day rental they gave me a Toyota Corolla the first day all was fine but on the 2nd day every little crease you hit in the road it would yank the steering wheel towards it and of course the cruise control would stop working long story short I made the manager aware of these issues when I returned the car and she just brushed it off a shuffled me out the door so yeah I won’t be going back
Car had no coolant I had to buy coolant and find someone to help me. Enterprise would not change car or reimburse me
Booked a car the night before for pickup at 8am, as I had a flight to catch at an airport 2 hours away. Got a call at 7:30 am saying “they will not have cars until afternoon” i explain my situation and how their site showed availability for an 8am pickup and he said “yea that’s not right” absolutely ruined my day, causing me to have one of the worst and hectic travel days of my life, will never be using them again
