Enterprise was able to get me the vehicle I needed for our trip. When things did not go as planned with the rental they were willing to make it right.
Was told I couldn’t pay with a debit card, so they transferred my reservation to the closest NY branch (where I had a license). Staff were friendly and kind, but they failed to transfer my reservation and the other branch did not have any vehicles. They never called them. As such, I had my sister take off work and drive 40 miles for nothing. This negligence led to me missing a concert I had paid for and most of my birthday party.
Very friendly people who work there who always try to be very helpful, however it is always chaotic and they rarely seem to have a car ready for me at my reservation time resulting in long wait times, despite me making the reservation weeks in advance. It might be more beneficial if they had more cars available to accommodate how busy they get to avoid situations like this.
It was a very good car to drive from the speed. The acceleration and the good gas mileage on it.
