RENTAL FROM HELL. Rented a van for our boys first family trip to Florida. Van had wipers blades that were peeling off and we couldn't see on our trip down. We had to take it to Monroe and they wouldn't release the vehicle without new tires because those were also not checked or replaced when we recieved the vehicle. We spent 4 hours at a mechanic shop waiting for approval from enterprise to perform the work they missed. Wiper blade replacement turned unwanted full car overhaul on OUR time. I recently rented a compact SUV from Enterprise and I had a very positive experience throughout the whole process. I needed to extend the rental, and they made it very easy to do so.
Took my granddaughter to pick up a rental car, prearranged in advance. The staff was courteous and friendly and the car was ready when we arrived.
Had a really frustrating experience with Enterprise on 3/10/2026. I was there for a rental after an accident (other driver at fault through State Farm), and after arriving around 3:45pm, I was told they had no cars available. They even tried to give me a Jeep Wrangler with a cracked windshield, saying it was “fine because it already had a claim on it.” After waiting around for them to find another car, things only got worse—they added a damage waiver for one day but somehow charged me for eight per the call and bill i receiv... read more
