Great experience renting a mid-size SUV (Chevy Equinox) from the Studio City location - had exactly the vehicle I wanted - lady was fantastic - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable & helpful - quick & easy stress-free experience for both pick-up and return. And for me, the Studio City location is perfect.
