Danny helped me at this location, and helped me get into a car in time for my wedding. I originally reserved a car in Sherman oaks that didn’t meet my expectations so I came here to the studio city location and Danny went above and beyond to call other shops in the area to get me into a nice car that I can use for my wedding weekend! He really did the most to make me experience the best. So grateful for the service that was provided to me.

This is a quaint and efficient location. Staff very professional and attentive. The manager is a darling young lady named Roxanne who works very hard. She’s always there and always focused on doing what it takes to accommodate the client. If I need a rental, I’d def go back to this Enterprise.

This is a very poor location due to the management who is in place. I will be very specific to describe how a manager obviously got some serious attitude nevertheless does not know his inventory who was very unpleasant zero service credibility and the worst of all super attitude will try to take me to different location in order to find a vehicle I needed I scheduled ahead of time a rental once approaching the receiving time the manager Jerome or Joel something like this start making all sorts of excuses he doesn’t have a sm... read more

Though given the reservations the day before and told they had a car available, we arrived at the location to be told they did not have a car available and we would have to drive to the Burbank location to retrieve a car. This caused a huge delay in our schedule and caused us to be late for work. The district manager was also incredibly rude! We learned he was district manager by the gentleman who cleaned the cars and drove the shuttle van. 0% happy! I’ve rented here now 3x and it is the last, each being worse than the last.
