I wanted to get on here and express my gratitude for this local Bountiful branch. They helped me get into my rental when things didn't seem like they were going to work out that day , needless to say I drove away in my rental and made it in time for Christmas. :) Thank you so much

Initially, there was some concern because at the last minute, they reported they did not have the vehicle that we had reserved about a month prior. However, we ended up getting a great vehicle and everything worked out well. The Final charge was more than expected and they adjusted it appropriately and everything worked out great.
