Needed to rent a car for a couple days, and they asked if all my address and information was still correct. I said it will be perfectly fine, but I did just buy a new house. Yay! He no longer would accept my old address after that, even though I still owned the house and had every ability to sleep in it with a bed still there. So I told them not to take my money and to give me my ID back so I could go about my day. Would recommend. Great experience from the bountiful location very kind and helpful and made it quick and easy to get a car the workers are fantastic!
I rented a car from the airport enterprise and after a few days of having the car the factory floor mat that was glued down moved, and exposed the glue, my shoes were sticking to the floor making it hard to move my foot. I almost had an accident due to this problem. I used my Google maps to find enterprise close to where i was at and I went to this location to get a mat or something, it was after 530 and they were closed but Chase Redd took care of me he checked out what was going on and got me a mat and cleaned it to put on... read more
