One of the best experience I had with Enterprise. The reason I have give five star because 1. The car got on time and the insurance was decently priced for two days rent 2. The car was clean and well maintained 3. The rented car got upgraded to Jeep's compass 4. All pre-checks were done in front of me 5. More over I got the cheapest deal through Groupon 6. The return of the car was hassle free
Complete crooks, told me I had hail damage when I was never in a storm. Cost me$500 for damage that I didn't have. Worst experience of my life, avoid them like the plague.
So I just dropped the truck you guys put me in and I wanted to thank the man that rented it to me when I got this truck it was 6pm this rep stayed late made sure I got in a car even when it was more then insurance was giving us at the time but he was honestly so angry that hurtz put me in a non cleaned just returned and it just so happens there was a COVID patient that returned it he said you should not get back in there and tell them they need to pick up there own positive for COVID car them selfs I bet you no employee will... read more
