Cassidy and justin did great job at the last moment because there was no clean car and they clean right away and handover me the keys i appreciate it
I had the most amazing experience with this Enterprise office. It's been an awful week juggling childcare, work, and insurance claims after one of our family vehicles was totaled, and I was dreading loading my kids (and their car seats) into a shuttle in the cold just to pick up a rental. When I explained the situation, the team immediately offered to deliver the car to me. I have delt with the west 16th st location for a few years and has never had any issues. The current staff, Cassi and the other staff members were very professional.
Everyone can have a bad day and i had one but thank God for Justin he made sure I was satisfied with everything and made sure my first experience at this location wouldn't be my final look at this location and I totally appreciate that big ups to Justin
The Michigan Road location 8345 is ny favorite. Their team is awesome!
