Awesome business, and the best customer service also. Unfortunately, I was involved in a 3 car accident which took me over 9 months to settle with my insurance carrier, Liberty Mutual who also was the carrier for the Shuttle Bus owned by a large Hotel chain whose shuttle bus driver was listed as the reckless driver in the incident, as traffic was stopped when I was hit twice causing me to hit the stopped car in front of me twice at 40mph. 9 months of PURE HELLLL followed, not to mention the long calls to at least 20 differen... read more

Game from out of town. Needed a 4x4 for the snow. Not only did they have a wide selection, they had the vehicles on and ready when you come to pick up. From start to finish. I would say that this is the best experience I have ever had renting a car!! If you need a rental check this place out!! The staff rocks!!!

I had a bad car accident outside the Dalles on a weekend. Ben went out of his way to take us to Portland (over an hour away) so we could get a car to get back home.
