The staff at 20th street led by Stacy is top notch. We really enjoy the excellent customer service and attention we receive while there!
I rented a van that came out dirty with bugs all over the windshield I asked them to wash it again it still came out unsatisfactory and did not even have a quarter tank of gas in it the left front tire had to be aired up daily the van was recalled and I could not get it changed out at eight different stores as I was getting emailed and text messages every day to take the van in very unusually bad experience with this rental and I still have not been able to even get an invoice which they told me I could get at any Enterprise... read more
