On Aug 17, I went in about an hour and a half earlier than my scheduled appointment because that is when I could get a ride. I noticed the woman at the desk was polite and professional while she was dealing with a customer even though they were very busy. She asked me to please wait and she will get to me as soon as she could. When called me up she did about 5 minutes later, she was able to get me a more fuel efficient car right away. Edgar, at this location, is useless and rude. I booked a car for a five thirty pick up, online. Turns out, they close at 530. Not sure why their app even lets you choose a 530 pickup time when they will be close at that time! There was no indication, when booking this way, of when the location closed. I called when I was delayed by an accident on the road and asked if anyone would be there at 535, saying I had already checked in online. He played helpless and I was left without the car I booked.
