rent a car I had the best possible experience with enterprise. They were very accomidating to my needs and wishes regarding what type of car I wanted to rent. They cared for me as a person and not just a customer. The car was very clean and couldnt have been a better experience.
Not bad but not great This place is just ok. They didnt have the particular car that they told me they had on hold for me. I was disapointed I ended up getting a lower grade car which I was not happy about. I have been here a few times and my experiences are mixed.
BE CAREFUL The Enterprise Rent a Car chain in Bakersfield all depends on which branch you use. The branches on 24th and next to the freeway and Panama in the automall are EXCELLENT. 5-stars However, the other branches are AWFUL. Employees with attitudes and massive lack of professionalism. Dealing with the managers at these locations just makes things worse as they really believe the customer is not as important as making a buck
Enterprise / My first experience I had never used the services of this car rental agency until I just arrived at the west coast from NY on re-location. I had no idea they gave such nice service as to pick us up at the airport, drive us to our apartment we were renting and then go get the car we wanted to rent. I really felt like a real special and important person with such a service.
