Great customer service. Always have had the best service in Ocala on Maricamp. The team there always makes it so easy and seamless to rent or return.
I was sent to enterprise on 3168 park avenue in Paducah Ky for my rental. The worker didn’t inspect the car for dings dents etc. the worker said I had to pay more per day for the rental even though my insurance covers the vehicle. When I explained my insurance the worker then said he would “waive the fee” like he was doing me a favor. I had to ask to clear the car off of the covered snow and when I was trying to explain my wife’s handicap to ensure the vehicle would suit both of us, the worker wasn’t interested.
