Enterprise gave me a Nissan to drive and I was so impressed that I bought a Nissan to replace my totaled Toyota RAV4. Great experience.
I called at 9 am to reserve a full size car, reservations told me they had availability and it would be no issue. I called around lunch to be told they didn’t have one available and that it would be later in the afternoon, I called around 4 (cutting it close to close) and was told they would call me if one became available. This place is not reliable and gone down hill. Thankfully instead of chancing it, I called Coad Toyota and got a rental with great customer service from Tristin. Would not recommend relying on enterprise!
Great experience. Very courteous staff.
This location does an amazing job, I rent at least 3 weeks a month to drive to BNA and the cars have been great and the service even better!
