Paducah branch is very impressive...everyone I dealt with was very friendly...They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Travis runs a very good operation there. Look forward to picking up another rental on Friday
Enterprise saved our trip with a short notice car.
Very dissatisfied with my service or lack there of with the location on Coleman Rd. I was left last minute to find a vehicle for our vacation in the morning, after having reserved a month in advance. No communication until today, and they only accept major credit cards, that was never communicated to us until today! Thank God for Toyota of Paducah doing everything in their power to help us. Will never use Enterprise again.
