I didnt get names today. But their pick up service was absolutely amazing. The younger lady who picked me up today from tire plaza was absolutely amazing. Got us in and out super quick and was very personable. For the crap situation I was in with my truck breaking down she was a delight to handle our rental.

Rep directed me here nearly 40 miles, assuring me a midsize was available, and that I could pay with cash, and that my bank card would be sufficient. Once there, (+motel and cabfare) the clerk claimed the opposite, using any excuse to not rent it. Felt like he really just didn't want me to have it.
Car was ready clean,in and out.will use again.
