Rising Sun & knorr location employees are super cool and will do their best to get you in a car and out the lot quickly as possible.
The reserved car was not held, there was a delay and finally they took me to another enterprise to get me the car.
I rented a car from Enterprise for 5 days, and they overcharged me for 3 extra days. When I rented the car, I asked the rental agent if returning the car to the repair shop and the rental company was the same. They said it was the same. However, they ended up charging me for 3 extra days. So don't trust them; always ask for proof when returning the car.
