Very friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything in detail. Good selection of vehicles. Would definitely come back again.
I have used this Rising Sun Ave. Enterprise location for 5 or 6 rentals. The efficiency and attentiveness of the staff, and the selection and condition of the vehicles has always exceeded my expectations. This is my preferred location and I highly recommend it.

Originally charged me $990 because misread my police after telling me “that’s why I grilled you on which car was yours” when I politely inquired why I paid so much and she explained the rental fee policy for one without having my insurance policy covering it. Upon having to return for another rental car, the same insurance coverage by enterprise was pushed upon me again. In addition to, being told to “call my father”.
