I rented a car from Enterprise for 5 days, and they overcharged me for 3 extra days. When I rented the car, I asked the rental agent if returning the car to the repair shop and the rental company was the same. They said it was the same. However, they ended up charging me for 3 extra days. So don't trust them; always ask for proof when returning the car.
Enterprise is the best rental company to rent with. Enterprise has the best customer service and I will continue to rent with enterprise.
Disappointed in the communication with this Enterprise. I was first told on the phone by a gentleman that they had a smaller car and I was quoted a reasonable price. Once I got there, the young woman said they only had an SUV for me and the price was more than I expected. Definitely not the original quote. My rental also smelled like weed and cigarettes when I got in but I had no choice but to drive it since that’s all they had. I will say, the woman who assisted me was very nice and personable.
