Enterprise is the best car rental company in the business, i have rented form them over the last 10 years at multiple locations and has always been a great experience, picked up a car at the Niles, Michigan location yesterday, James picked me up at Campbell Ford , James made the whole rental process very quick and easy including getting insurance so my family would be protected, the car was clean and ready to go, thanks to everyone at Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I gave a one start because it was necessary but now that I’m back from my vacation that was almost ruined by the rude , profiling staff at the Niles enterprise I just want to leave a little encouraging words for the disgusted staff there . I have never in all my years renting from enterprise experience such disgusting behavior and I have rented from this location for months at a time with no issues. I love the staff at enterprise
James the Assistant Manager, was a very negative employee who refused to accommodate my companies rental requirements. That’s a thumbs down for James and because of him, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
