Booked a reservation for what we wanted. A 15 passenger van that was gasoline. Got a call asking us if we could switch to a 12 passenger van. Thought it would also be gas. It was diesel. They couldn't do anything for us which caused us to disappoint our kids and cancel a trip that had been planned for months.
Enterprise Niles MI location is great! The car I rented ran well however had strong smell . Niles Location employee Jessy took care of us! Went above and beyond . Would definitely recommend Niles MI location you’ll be in great hands . Thank you again Jessy and team at enterprise Niles MI location .
I was very impressed with the agents I dealt with and their knowledge of rental choices available
I reserved a truck on their website 2 times and both times I ended up in a different vehicle. The most recent reservation I made I called 30 minutes before I got to the Niles Enterprise and asked about the truck to make sure they still had a truck for me and the woman said yes. I get there and the woman who I spoke to on the phone asked me "if I got her voicemail" to see what my flexibility was because they didn't have a truck... I never received a voicemail or call.
