Super helpful and great service.
My car was totaled by a deer. Got a ride to the local Enterprise in Oneida. Joel took care of me and I had a new Nissan to drive until I could get another vehicle. It was about a month I had the rental. Also spoke to Riley who helped me week by week too. Great experience. Thanks.

I was pleased with the flexibility of the Oneida office. Knowing my husband has dementia they delivered my rental to my house. After I realized the car I had was too small for my 6' husband they let me exchange it for another more suitable car. If I had one negative thing to say it would be they need to inspect their car better. Both of my rentals had worn out back wiper blades. In a rainy, snowy climate the back window is essential for you to see if you are driving an SUV as I was.
