I use this branch whenever I need to rent a car for work or personal use, vehicles are always clean and Joel is very helpful and makes the rental process so easy! I recently had a little hiccup due to the system booking the incorrect vehicle and Joel made sure to adjust the price and contacted me to make sure the vehicle that I ended up renting was working for me. We are on vacation and needed a rental to get us to our destination. Riley was super awesome and friendly. She had Justin come pick us up at the hotel and bring us to Enterprise. We called to extend the vehicle and Joel made it extremely easy. Be proud Enterprise you have fantastic employees at this location and they deserve a shout out!

Customer service was outstanding from start to finish! I always appreciate feeling comfortable when working with employees, and that's exactly how I felt from the moment I walked through the door until I dropped off the keys. The entire process was simple and stress-free because both representatives were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and made the experience effortless.
