Great experience! Employees were very responsive/helpful @ the Oneida, NY location! Always make you feel comfortable. They take the time to go through everything with you! Matt especially was great to work with! He was very respectful to my two daughters who were going to be driving the rental! Will definitely use Enterprise in the future.
Rented car 1st week of March. Still getting toll bills in August! What a crock! Can't get any itemized bills either. Not with the date issued, not what the tolls are for (between which exits),and Enterprise charges you an extra $4.95 randomly because of service fees. Just have to trust them to tally up $50 in unspecified fees at their convenience. Never again! Very shady at best.
