Riley was great! Very friendly and helpful. Only downfall was the fact they are a cashless company. But overall I was very satisfied.
Booked a car and didn't know until I got there I had to pay a 300 dollar deposit, they could of mentioned it then the night before the return day enterprise decides to text me 4 times and email twice like I dont know when to return the vehicle I was out of town on vacation and my phone is going off with these useless notifications! I find it annoying as hell!!!
I've rented from this location several times and the service has consistently been terrific. I typically return the car to another branch of Enterprise and today Joel helped me resolve an issue with the other location. I am very appreciative of his service and will remain a loyal customer of Enterprise because of him.
This is my second rental from Enterprise, and both experiences have been nothing short of exceptional! Joel and Riley were both an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly can’t say enough good things about this location—the customer service is outstanding, and they make the entire rental process so easy. Highly recommend!
