I’ve been a loyal customer of this rental place for a long time, usually booking a car for a week every couple of weeks. But after today’s experience, I’m seriously reconsidering ever using them again. I reserved my car for pickup at 1:00pm I needed the car by 2 p.m. to pick up my daughters from school. Should have been notified before I arrived that my vehicle wasn’t ready. Was late to something that was very important.
This is the place you want to rent from. Manager Will Valdez is an amazing person both professional and friendly!! He explained every insurance detail and retail policy in simple terms. Got me the truck I wanted and the ride I needed in the meantime as well. The team around him was great as well. Place was very busy but they handled it like pros. This is my go to place from now on for my family
