I came here yesterday and had the worst experience ever. They told me they had a minivan ready for me at 11. I got there early and one of the workers there I believe it was a manager told me that the minivan was there and that it should be ready real soon even though I got there early. A lady got there and she's waiting in the area and it's me and her along with my kids. She's on the phone talking about really foul things. Completely unprofessional. I had a business trip and when I arrived was then told that there were no cars available, not a single car. Did I receive a call the day before when I checked in online to inform me? No! They excused this inconvenience by placing fault on the customer and how they extended their reservations. Worst experience of my life. Insurance related business. Waited around for over 6 hours for a car just to be told i had to have a credit card. Not debit, not cash ( which i have) The credit card rule of standard left me stranded and car-less 3000 plus miles away from home. Thanks for literally nothing and wasting a whole day of mine. If I could curse you out here, I would.
