Rental car was BuM.W. contacted agency in naugatuck to change for a mid size that I could handle better. Naugatuck office never answered phones,never responded to my request to downsize car. Men at new milford were helpful. I was uncomfortable in the BuM.W.. And no one would help me swAp out that car.naughatuck agents were rude and disrespectful.
The Naugatuck 686 Rubber Ave location is horrible with answering their phones leading to a bad customer experience and service. I had to drive up there to get answers to my questions
