Usually pretty happy with this location. Certainly better than the Brattleboro one. The few issues I've had have been quickly resolved by the friendly staff. Only improvement I suggest is the windshield cleanliness. Most vehicles windshields need to be cleaned multiple times to remove streaks, residue, saliva! from the initial cleaning process. Could be better.

I can’t say enough good things about The Keene enterprise staff and the service I received I will always rent from enterprise. No other company could come close To the wonderful experience I had they provided exactly what I needed when I needed it how long I needed it no hidden fees no hidden agendas 100% transparent I am completely satisfied with the service I received

I can’t say enough good things about The Keene enterprise Rent-A-Car office and the link still go to to make sure you get what you need in the time you need it they make everything extremely simple. I can’t say enough good things about the staff there everything went exactly how they said it would no hidden fees no hidden agendas. I couldn’t have been happier. I will always rent from enterprise.

UNTRUSTWORTHY LIARS AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER IN CRISIS I was a recent customer of Enterprise rental car and had, by far, the worst rental experience of my life. I cannot recommend this company any less. They are liars who took advantage of me in a time of personal crisis after promising to extend grace to me in a difficult time (see attached screenshots sent from them to me on Monday, September 8th).
