Due to a family emergency I was having to use Enterprise frequently. Staff was amazing (especially Annna and Meg) and they don't deny you because of your credit score like Hertz. I would of given Enterprise a 5 star, but for this area they do not always have a car available so I suggest reserving in advance and sometimes I had to wait for the car to be cleaned when I was ready to go. All in all, I would definitely rent from them again and the Customer service is great.
I am totally satisfied with Enterprise! I am a large man who needs a little bit more room. They accommodate me with no questions asked. I will continue to rent from entrprise. I am also considering buying one of there vehicles. They are well taken care of, and it's nice to know that it's ready almost always!
