Too pissed to fully express my experience, but the jest in bullet points. 1. the reservation I placed went to another location. 2. Luckily day before reservation they called, caught it, transferred to agent, confirmed at correct location. 3.go to get, reservation was at previous. A. ok, no truck as requested. B. different agent than past times. asked if getting their insurance, I said my card should be on it, he says whats that #, I don't know nothing about a#.so needing to go, I got their insurance. I went in to book a rental and the employees were incredibly rude. They told me there were no cars available right before a holiday and made me book online instead. It really makes you wonder why they are even there if they cannot assist customers in person.
