Excellent service from curb pickup to obtaining your car. Good selection of clean vehicles.
This is the second time renting at the Philly airport. Great service ! Speedy ! Very helpful, kind and considerate. These people were the best. I travel quiet a bit and they are on top of their game. They go above and beyond making sure you have what you need, in a timely manner.I cant wait to go back. The manager was great too, she was available when her team needed her. When ever I fly in to Philadelphia I come here for my rental car in fact I upgraded my membership to plus services. The folks working there try very hard to provide the best service possible. However, its the same every time I go, if I try to use the check in kiosk, it stops me and does not let me complete. So than I have to wait in line. Even with an upgrade to plus I ended up in the same line, so that was a waste of time. Bottom line, do not ever be in hurry when you go to rent a car from anyone. I rented a car on Sept. 30 from Enterprise at PHL, PA airport and their service was excellent. They were giving everyone in the store a bottle of water and a pretzel while they were getting us our car. Very excellent vehicle, upgraded from what we had paid for.
