Pretty good but improve online renting procedure
Everett and his fellow coworkers always go above and beyond. One day Everett was working by himself and he had a line of people, but he took his time and made sure each customer was happy before he moved on to the next. You could see he was under pressure but he handled it with Grace. Pleasure doing business with the Powell Enterprise group.
Always a positive experience at the Powell location. They are extremely busy at times but still make sure to greet you and keep you up to date. I use their online check in to speed up my experience and it works well.
