I will never again rent with Enterprise. I booked a car, never heard from them. Had to call THEM to find out that the location I booked had been closed for 4 months. Once I confirmed my appointment I arrived a bit early. I stood outside in 102F heat for 45 min. Almost 30 min past my appointment time. I was never once acknowledged by them. Not a wait time.
