Disappointed at the experience I received at Enterprise today. I’m scheduled for a one month work trip in New Orleans and chose Enterprise for a two day rental with different drop offs. I booked specifically with Enterprise because a Google Search espoused that debit card rentals were accepted and standard. After arriving to the location, I was told that I could not in fact book with a debit card because I have a non-local license. If you have any other option, don’t try to rent from here. The other 1-star reviews talking about setting up rentals only to be told upon arrival that they have nothing available and trying to upsell you are true. Want to see if other Enterprises in the area have availability?
