Rented full size sedan in anticipation for a trip to DC. Rode the Amtrak from Newport News. The customer service person was very helpful when I called because I was lost in Union Station. Cashier at window gave us a free upgrade to a Hybrid SUV. AC was on and trunk open for us to put away our luggage. It was the light at the end of the tunnel for us because we were tired and needed to be restored. We rented it for 2 days and only used 42 miles. Rented a car from Alamo, which is the same place. Upon arrival, they didn't have the car we had ordered. We had ordered an Audi Q3, Cadillac XT4 or similar. We were given a car that was supposed to be similar/better, but it didn't feel like it with a Nissan Rogue compared to an Audi Q3. The first few days everything was ok. Mackenzie was a pleasure and made my rental experience super easy. My car had been in the shop since may and enterprise helped me through. My vehicle was reliable and pickup and drop off were super easy. I highly recommend and if given the opportunity ask for Mackenzie!
