Very pleased with the customer service at this location - Union Station Washington DC. We didn't have a reservation due to our reserved vehicle was not avail at another car rental agency. We decided to see if Enterprise had a vehicle for 7 passengers. Breanna Swindon was especially helpful arranging a 7+ passenger vehicle for our group. She quickly had a recent returned van cleaned so we could use it and explained how to use the features in the van. Very grateful that Enterprise was able to take care of us.
Couldn’t honor our reservation made 2 weeks in advance because they oversold their inventory. Had to cancel our weekend plans because of their bad planning!

Remember the sienfield episode where the car rental know how to take the reservation but don't know how to hold the car? Well I reserved from Alamo and when I arrived there were no cars and the guy didn't know when one will come. It was funny on tv. But not funny when I needed a car to get to an appointment. Ended renting something last minute so twice the cost from Avis. At least they had a car
