I rented from Enterprise at Union Station for 9 days during spring break and had a great experience! I booked weeks ahead and had a 9 AM reservation pick up/after hours return. The car was clean, efficient, and handled over 1,800 miles with no issues. The staff were helpful and the pickup process went smoothly. I've rented from them twice. Friendly people when getting the rental car, and even friendlier guys when returning it. Everything went smoothly. Will definitely rent from them on my future train trips.
This is the most incompetent car rental location I have ever experienced. While Enterprise as a whole is a fine company, the management at this specific branch leaves much to be desired. Despite checking in and waiting for almost two hours, I received no updates from the dismissive manager or the staff. Beyond their lackluster service, their communication was nonexistent. Easy pickup and return process. Pickup is upstairs from the train station. Return was leaving the tickets in the car, keys in the drop-off box, at least half a tank of gas.
