What a wonderful experience. Probably the best I’ve had with a rental establishment. Long one way drive to Florida and they went above and beyond to make sure I would be in a great SUV. All the employees were so professional and friendly. Can’t thank them enough especially Perry !!

NOT RELIABLE. Had an emergency with my car. Placed a reservation on Friday for a rental online with enterprise commack for Sunday. Got a call Saturday morning that they are sold out for the weekend. Okay. I make arrangements and change reservation to Monday at noon. At 11:3o I get a phone call they have no cars available and DONT KNOW if/when they will. Was told he had 37 other ppl with reservations they can’t fulfill. Why they accept reservations they can’t fulfill is beyond me. Seems like the worst business plan in existen... read more
