Enterprise Rental Cars, Commack, NY: I found their business practices unwise, and I dealt with passive aggressive employees who did not appear to be interested in satisfying me as one of their customers. First they gave me a crappy 48,000 mile Nissan Altima that had large dents and scatches throughout the entire vehicle. The exterior and windows inside and out were so dirty I had difficulty seeing out of them while driving. Just coming to leave another review! My previous review was responded to that I should reach out to their contact on their site. Well I did. And was told the same thing as always, we will escalate it and someone will call you to follow it up. What a waste of time. Even more incentive to not do any business with this local branch, or the corporation that backs it up.

I had a reservation at a different location. My body shop switched to commack because they do a lot of business with them. When I picked up my rental in June, I was told I can return it right to the body shop, not arrange for it to be dropped off to them. Well when I did this, they charged me the additional days it was at the body shop. I have been fighting since July for the refund.
