Such a great experience, the entire crew, and especially Brad, the manager, makes you feel like their only customer, such a great group of people to work with! The Tesla Y was super fun to drive, Brad took the time to explain how Teslas are different from other cars, which was really helpful. 100% would recommend renting from here and if I need to in the future, I will definitely be back. Thanks Brad & Enterprise for making this rental car experience simple and stress free.
Great staff..good car selection
I was very apprehensive about this entire experience. Prices have increased a lot recently on cars and car parts. There was a lot of uncertainty about when my own car that was in the shop was going to get a very back ordered part. Manager Reed was able to calm me down, gave me a good deal and handed me off to a fabulous cobalt blue rental! It is win, win!
This facility is fabulously inefficient, almost a parody of standard business practice. I waited for 25 minutes for my car even though I had reserved it, filled out all paperwork online, and paid for it in advance. After asking for all the information I had already submitted (readily acknowledged by the employee), this nice young man drove the car around the parking lot and brought it into the only maintenance bay. Car had in excess of 50 scratches on it and the grill was broken. Car doorsills were packing with dried mud that got on my clothing went stepping out. The windows and side mirrors were so dirty it was difficult to see. I had to wipe out the doorsills and clean the windows. Worst part was the cabin filled with the smell of exhaust and I had to drive with the windows down on 90+ degree weather to work.
