The Vehicle was in Great shape. Pick up and Drop off was really easy. Service was friendly, and helpful.
I needed a car for almost 2 weeks while my car was being repaired. There was always staff immediately available to get me to and from repair shop. Leasing car was fast and efficient. I would say they exceeded expectations.
Always professional, customer friendly staff and often a great rate for a solid vehicle. Rentals are clean and safe. Price is fair and the team is always interested in making sure you get the vehicle you need for the mission.

This location is severely mismanaged by Reed Kowalski, and the lack of accountability clearly comes from the top. I was told an area manager, Meagan F., would call me regarding these issues — she never did, which says a lot about the culture and customer service standards here.
