Great friendly service in both obtaining and returning a rental.
Professional staff that is super friendly. The man who picked me up to bring to the Enterprise was super nice and we had a nice talk before we got there. Also, they got me on the road with a rental in a timely fashion and I had a lot of vehicles to choose from. I highly recommend them.
I had a great experience renting a truck from Christopher! He’s very helpful and attentive, made the whole experience very easy. Keegan was very nice and professional with communications when he dropped off the car for me. Aside from that, I had a disappointing rental experience. The first car I was given which was a Chevy had a windshield wiper that didn’t work and was literally taped together. When I went in to replace the rental, instead of being offered a replacement vehicle, I was told to take it to their partner’s repair shop at Discount Tires on a Friday evening and I had places to be, that was not ideal!
