I waited over an hour and 30 minutes with little to no attention. Every time I asked, I was told “the car is almost ready.” After an hour of waiting, I finally asked again and was spoken to in a rude tone, as if it wasn’t their problem. This level of service is crazy. If there are delays, at least be transparent and respectful instead of misleading customers. I won’t be coming back after this experience.
The one in Roseville is good. Have not had problems there
The check-in process was easy and quick. Staff was friendly and professional. Car was clean and in excellent condition. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
I have been using enterprise since the plandemic and have always liked them. My favorite location is IGH but Roseville was good too. Actually they were great they went above and beyond what I believe they're supposed to do. I'm not going to say what it was cuz I don't want anybody to get into trouble but that's the kind of customer service I expect out of anybody in that field. I always have fun driving those cars because my truck is 25 years old. We had a 2025 Nissan Altima. So much fun.
