I just had the pleasure of renting a car through Enterprise and was more than happy with the complete experience. I needed to rent due to a car wreck and this company and it's employees were the absolute most helpful and easiest part of that experience.
Extremely average location.
I had hail damage to my personal vehicle and was sent to Enterprise to get a rental vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. Everyone was very polite even though they were under pressure. Imagine 12 people staring at you waiting and keeping your cool 😎 I think they need more staff ASAP and honestly the 2 that were working held it down even though 97% of people would have gone crazy. My rental was clean and they made it simple under insane pressure. I'm impressed 👏

Called about a camera I left in one of the vans. Moe took my call with care and concern. He went on a mission and reached out to the new customer that had since rented the exact van. The customer since had found it and returned it. The team made sure to contact me back and inform me they had it in a specific place for safe keeping until o could pick it up! They truly restored my faith in humanity. I’m so great fuel for Moe and his awesome team!
