Enterprise never fails ever with me. They are always right there. There’s always open availability with them. I never have an issue this past weekend when I had to Rent A Car I’d intended to keep it until Monday, November 3 but I had some family emergencies arise, and I had to bring the car back early and come back home. They were very polite very sweet. Very understanding didn’t charge me any penalties for bringing the car back early and have always been so kind and courteous to me. Had a great experience. The gentleman that assisted me was extremely pleasant. He had a great attitude and customer service skills. The process was extremely smooth from beginning to end.
I appreciate the the gentleman for all of he works today for my rental car and I don't recommend farm bureau insurance company before they don't want to pay for the insurance on my rental car because my car in the garage because the person who hit me has farm bureau insurance company and you have to pay for your insurance on your rental car if you get in accident with one of their customers thank you ENTERPRISE RENT -A-CAR IN WINCHESTER KENTUCKY
