I had a situation while out of town and needed to rent a car quickly. Because I don’t carry credit cards, I had to coordinate through a family member, which turned out to be complicated. I ended up coming back to the St. Joseph Enterprise location three times trying to get everything sorted. Through it all, Mark was incredible.
