The customer service I received from the people at the Umbria Street location was superb. They were very polite and friendly, yet professional. The day after I picked up the rental car, they called to make sure that everything was okay. I had the car for 19 days and they reached out again to check that things were still okay. Really enjoyed my experience with Enterprise. The location was extremely convenient, which made the whole process easy from start to finish. The app was seamless to use and made managing the reservation simple and efficient. The staff was very communicative, professional, and made everything quick without any hassle.
