Sadly, needed this rental vehicle for an insurance repair to my vehicle. Staff was friendly & helpful. Courtesy Van (from Body Shop to the rental venue) was clean & comfortable. Driver was affable. Upon arrival I received an upgraded vehicle (at no extra charge!) due to a lack of "Standard" or "Economy" units. :) Great crew of folks. This location has easy ingress & exit by vehicle.
Always receive the best customer service with Enterprise. Both locations on Clinton Hwy in Knoxville, TN and in Watertown, WI were very efficient, considerate of my time and so professional but truly kind. Thank you as always!
Easy rental process using my insurance for rental car due to traffic accident. Friendly staff, answering my questions for optional coverage. They will even pick you up before and/or drop you off after your car rental. Be aware of potential holidays when booking a car rental due to demand and possible low or no inventory left to rent.
