I recently rented a car from this location and I will definitely be using them again. The office staff was amazing. Their energy as you walked in the door as they greeted was phenomenal. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions I had.
Easy to handle and nice to ride in.
I had work done on my car at Stivers Lincoln Ford in Waukee and enterprise dropped the car off for me at Stivers and when my car was finished being worked on, I just left the car at Stivers. They were very courteous and polite, and even followed up after the rental was finished. Overall great experience! It was a very smooth process!
