This place is awful. Was expecting an SUV reservation and got handed keys to a Toyota Corolla. Avoid avoid avoid
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Enterprise. I reserved an SUV a few days in advance, expecting a clean and professional rental as promised. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the vehicle they had ready for me smelled strongly of marijuana. When I brought this to their attention, the only solution offered was to spray air freshener inside the car. DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The group or people that operate this one cares more for numbers then customers. I recently had to have my car in the shop and under my warranty I was provided a rental thru this branch. There was miscommunication thru them and the warranty company and they needed payment from the company covering the expenses instead of sending me email or any communication they called once while at work then charged me putting my account in the negative.
